Community Association Management:
PMG has developed an association management program that specializes
in providing sophisticated services from the pre-development stage to
the point associations are fully sustainable. The foundation of PMG's
approach is building communities that are firmly focused on meeting
all of the needs and goals of its developers, residents and volunteer
leaders. At all times, PMG's professionals provide solutions designed
to increase efficiencies for and reduce burdens upon an association's
volunteer leadership group. At the same time, PMG consistently strives
to enhance the community feel and experience of the residents, and
preserve and add value to the property.
Board Advisory and Management:
PMG serves as the Board's partner and administrator to free up
volunteer time, remove the cumbersome burdens often associated
with such positions and allow for greater focus on strategic and
forward looking issues.
Accounting, Financial Reporting and Budgeting:
Professional, accurate and understandable accounting is of crucial
importance to every community association. PMG has a financial
services program in place that will insure trustworthy records and
eliminate uncertainty and inaccuracies.
Homeowner Communications:
PMG serves as a necessary middle layer of contact between the
Board and association residents. PMG will handle all inquiries from
homeowners concerning association issues and meet with homeowners
as appropriate and necessary.
Risk Management, Collections and Legal Liaison:
PMG endeavors to mitigate and manage risks and issues that have the
potential to create the necessity of legal intervention. PMG manages
collections; administers insurance programs, renewals and claims; and
when appropriate, serves as the legal liaison between the Board and its
counsel.
Maintenance, Landscaping and Vendor Management:
Maintenance, upkeep and landscaping of association properties
preserves property values and creates the sense of community residents
expect and deserve. PMG provides comprehensive general property
services by working with well qualified vendors who perform beyond
expectations.
