Peoples Management Group is an affiliate of Peoples Realty Company, one of Iowa’s most diverse real estate brokerages providing services in the land, commercial and residential asset classes. PMG specializes in providing general property management services for investors, foreclosure and distressed property management services for lenders and community association management services. Since being formed in 2008, PMG has grown rapidly and currently manages over 75,000 square feet of retail, office, and residential property.
Our Management Team:
Steve Bruere: Steve is President and Owner of PMG as well as Peoples Realty Company. In his capacity with Peoples Realty Company, he has built one of Iowa’s most diverse, respected and up-and-coming real estate service providers. This has been accomplished by cultivating a business model focused on building lasting relationships with real estate professionals and clients by earning trust and providing personalized service and attention. Steve started PMG to provide property management services to brokerage clients. Like Peoples Company, Steve has driven PMG’s growth by providing innovative real estate solutions in the context of property management.
Andrew Westlake: Andy is Vice President of PMG. He is a graduate of Iowa State University and joined Peoples Company in 2005. Prior to joining Peoples Company he worked in information technology where his specialty in analysis and troubleshooting has served him well in property management. Andy’s business philosophy is based upon a foundation of building strong relationships, honesty and integrity. In addition to general property management, Andy specializes in the stabilization and turnaround of the most difficult distressed properties and community association management.
